Meeting with Cornerstone and Skippers

Ben and James met with Cornerstone (the management company) and Skippers (the ground maintenance company) to walk the site and agree on items that needed resolving, what actions were going to be taken and how we move forward post Trinity.

We have agreed on some items like how often basins will be cut / cleared, dead trees to be removed and considerations around replacing them when there is no contract to undertake watering for example.

We also agreed how the front of the estate would be maintained and kept tidy to improve the presentation of the entrance.

Finally we will be reviewing the state of the grassed common areas, basins etc as the end of the summer with a view as to what treatments, planting etc will be required to maintain the look and feel of the development.

Finally we have been made aware of some unpaid fees, which we have no indication if they have or have not been invoiced for, which Cornerstone will be contacting people to arranging payment.
